The use of the module is simple.
Enough to send the module for letter or fax to the Church where one
has been christen.
However if you don't remember the address or the fax of the Church,
you can equally declared that you don't belong to the religious
confession called "Roman Catholic Apostolic Church", sending the
module to the Curia.
For make easier this operation the organization "Children of Satana"
has been created a list with the addresses of the Curia in Italy.
Enclose the photocopy of the identity card is necessary.

within 15 days you can go(art. 145 of the Legislative Decree n.
196/2003)to the judicial authority or make recourse to the Guarantor
of the privacy.
